Social History of Art

I teach ecology, animal behavior and ornithology courses at Connecticut College.  I have written two books on conservation of biological diversity.  Although these books are based in the science of the ecology, they are broadly interdisplinary.  I draw on perspectives from history, archaeology, literature and art.
